Mondays are normally “Meatless Monday” and I will post a recipe in a bit. But have you ever just had a “Manic Monday” where you just feel like you are running around all day with a million thoughts running through your head and feeling like you’re getting nowhere? Well, that has been my day! Here’s the thing. We will all have days like this but the key is to find ways to find our center again and release stress. My top stress reliever is going outside into nature and walking barefoot in the grass. Added bonus if there is a muddy spot! There’s just something about squishing your toes in mud… 😉 Walking barefoot helps release dirty energy from your body and you get to get some much needed vitamin D #sunshinevitamin. While I’m out there I do some belly breathing and just try to quiet my mind and enjoy the beauty of nature. What do you do to unwind when you have these crazy days?
