 Hi! I'm Kristen Lovell and I have been working in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years.  My approach to wellness incorporates addressing issues of the mind, body and spirit. I  believe that nutrition, exercise and spiritual wellness are all crucial to living a full, happy life. I am certified as a health coach through Dr. Sears Wellness Institute as well as a group and personal fitness trainer through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
